6QS Quintessential Skills For Leadership and Personal Excellence

6QS is an acquired, learned and mastered knowledge, skill and attitude (KSA) for those ready for continuous leadership and management excellence. Yes, and boldly too, the two are keywords used actively and interchangeably during this session. We know how wired we are, having read tons of literature on the dichotomy between the two. However, we have seen it at work over the years that “he is no good manager he that is not a good leader, and she is no good leader she that is not a good manager.” These quintessential skills are well researched and proven as contributors to excellence in managing and leading.

Olusegun Mojeed is an alumnus of the prestigious Yale School of Management. He is Executive Consultant/Head of Practice, Bezaleel Consulting Group. A certified New World Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness Evaluator, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and the Institute of Training & Development respectively. He was HoD, Learning & Talent Development at Vmobile/Celtel/Zain (now Airtel); Head of Training at Wema Bank; and Industrial Relations Manager at BAGCO (the Flour Mills Group). Segun is a 2006 CIPM Merit awardee for his outstanding contributions to the development and professionalism of the HR profession. A Centre for Management Development (CMD) certified trainer/consultant, and also a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Segun is an author.
